The Chelsea Condo renovation is a downstate project for an upstate client’s city pied-a-terre. The renovation of this 750 square foot flat in the West Village aimed to embolden and magnify a small space for comfortable living. We utilized a high contrast palette and minimalist lines for a sense of functional pizzazz. Supple textures, sleek lighting, and fabulous art make this space and this slice of the city a truly unique kind of retreat.
Small spaces pose a unique challenge, but also an opportunity for incredible textures meant for real living.
